At Three-Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  We will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your doorstep at a scheduled time that is convenient for you.

  After a successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
